CJC Imóveis advises families and investors on high-value property decisions. We work with a deliberately small number of properties at a time, chosen one by one: curation means selecting well before presenting.

How we work

In properties under direct representation, CJC carries out a technical visit, checks the documentation that the owner provides and produces the images before publishing. In the projects of developers partners, the material is from developer — and CJC's job is to check number by number against the memorial, the table and the record, publish the date of each information and say in all letters what has not yet been confirmed.

That is why some pages here show “on request” where other sites show a number. We prefer not to state something incorrectly.
